Finance functions across all industries are shifting priorities from containing costs to exploring new revenue-driving avenues, providing benchmarks by which finance management can measure the capabilities of various areas and identify gaps. This survey assesses the skill levels of finance executives and professionals in areas of priority for today’s organizations along with competencies that are most in need of improvement. Respondents answered more than 100 questions in three categories: Process Capabilities (Financial Analysis and Financial Transactions), Technical Capabilities and Organizational Capabilities.
