Protiviti had the opportunity to address several Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) reporting requirements topics in a recent online webinar titled ‘‘COVID-19 and SOX: Practical Considerations While Navigating the Crisis.’’ Nearly 1,500 participants attended the live webinar and answered several polling questions. The results of the polling questions are significant in that they show where companies are currently experiencing challenges dealing with changes to their SOX programs.
