In this policy, the company believes in resolving employee concerns and disputes related to their employment relationship in a prompt and equitable manner. Employees who express any concerns, lodge a formal complaint or provide information regarding a complaint under this policy may do so without fear of retaliation or reprisal. Such conduct is subject to immediate corrective action.
