The purpose of this policy is to comply with the requirements of all applicable immigration laws, including the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, as amended.

According to this policy, the company will not knowingly hire or continue to employ undocumented people who are not authorized to work in the United States, all newly hired and rehired employees are required to complete and sign the Immigration and Naturalization Service’s I-9 form when they begin employment, the I-9 form establishes the employee’s identity and employment eligibility, and human resources will verify the I-9 form and all acceptable documents.
