This audit work program provides a test plan for managing labor-management relationships.

Sample work steps include: obtain the company-wide employee survey that was administered to employees in the testing period; verify that the survey includes questions related to work environment, compensation, management and supervision, and organizational treatment; obtain a listing of all employees in the testing period; based on the population, select a sample of employees from the list; for the selected employees, obtain their survey results (or administer the new survey); and verify whether the survey results are favorable for the company.
