This policy provides company associates with a cost-effective and convenient way to manage cellular phones required for business purposes. It details the procedures related to technical criteria, eligibility, approvals, cellular options, responsibility, enforcement, data retention, and non-corporate cell phone plans.
In this sample, the company's information technology (IT) department will provide mobile access to email with the company's system. IT will provide limited technical support for mobile devices. Associates authorized to receive a cellular phone under the policy must always accept the company's cellular phone agreement.
