This assignment is intended to improve your interviewing and documentation skills. In teams of two people, you will identify an actual accounting process to which you can obtain access. I recommend that you select a straight-forward accounting process, such as cash receipts, accounts payable, expense reimbursements or capital equipment acquisitions. In addition, find an organization where you will only have to meet with one or two different people to get the necessary information.
