The tricky part is making sense of the data and then communicating what it means. Data visualization (i.e., data viz) provides actionable insights into what can be complex sets of data. In this course, you’ll learn the considerations for creating data visualizations and how to relay your message using data visualization tools. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to communicate clearly using data visualizing techniques.  

2. Data Analysis and Root Cause Analysis in Six Sigma (KLplus CPE Course) 

A critical success factor when carrying out business process improvement is the ability to understand the vast amounts of data related to process design and process control. This course covers the data analysis and root cause analysis techniques used in Lean Six Sigma to implement process improvement. This course is aligned to the ASQ Body of Knowledge and is designed to assist Yellow Belt candidates toward achieving their certification. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to use different Lean tools, such as probability distribution charts and normal and binomial distributions.
