Organizations can use the guidelines included in this policy to test their business continuity plans.
 
According to this policy, the director of corporate training and internal audit director have been designated by corporate management as responsible for exercise and test script development, execution, monitoring and reporting. The complete business continuity plan is exercised and tested once each year and scheduled for the first week of a certain month. This schedule coincides with the annual review and revision of the BCP by the BCP owner. The type and duration of the annual exercise should be determined by the director of corporate training, internal audit director for the company and manager.
