This work program is designed to assist the audit team in performing a comprehensive review of a hotel's financial reporting area and its compliance with its management contract/lease agreement. This review is executed with a focus on the financial reporting area processes, transactional analysis and management contract/lease agreements obligations.

The objectives of this audit are to discuss and obtain a general understanding of the system of internal controls which currently exists in the hotel related to the financial reporting and management contract/lease agreement areas; assess whether hotel procedures related to these areas under review are carried out in accordance with policy; etc.
