This customer satisfaction survey is meant to be used during a quality assurance review (QAR) of an internal audit department.

The purpose of this review is to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal audit department, identify opportunities and offer ideas and counsel for improving the performance of the department, and compare internal audit department procedures with the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and assess the department’s compliance with the Standards and with its own policies and procedures. The survey responses are meant to assist the QAR team with assessing strengths and identifying areas for improvement.
