PMO Interim Status Reporting Guide
Subscriber Content

The interim status reporting guide is created by the PMO early in the PMO setup so that data can be captured and loaded into the workbench. Its purpose is to outline the interim status reporting procedures; define the reporting dates and tools; define the terms of reference used in reporting; and provide interim templates for reporting that mirror ongoing, soon-to-be implemented processes. This guide is typically created during the first two weeks of an integration effort and sent to all integration leaders.
