Voluntary Exit Process Flow

This sample process flow can be used as a general guide to understanding and reviewing the steps in an organization’s voluntary exit process. In this sample, during the voluntary exit process, human resources is notified via email, the exit survey is mailed or emailed to the former employee, the exit survey is completed and submitted to the company, and a follow-up resignation letter is sent to the former employee.
