New Disclosures Policy

Under this policy, new disclosable items are identified with sufficient lead time to allow for proper assignment of responsibility, efficient and effective data gathering and processing, and streamlined companywide comprehension and consensus. This is intended to enhance the completeness and accuracy of information reported in quarterly SEC filings. This New Disclosures Policy is intended to facilitate the early detection and disclosure of reportable items to the SEC and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance efforts. 

Order Management Policy

In this sample, all customer orders will be processed in an efficient and organized manner in order to ensure accurate and prompt shipments. Upon receipt of a customer purchase order (PO), it is the customer service team’s responsibility to ensure that the PO is from a valid customer. This policy outlines procedures to be followed by the customer service team when processing orders. It summarizes the preparation of documents, paperwork flow, and responsibilities of individuals and departments when processing sales orders.

Interview Essentials Guide

This tool contains two guides management can use to understand the essential components of the interview process and to prepare to conduct an interview. Interviewing is a critical skill. Internal auditors use diagnostic interviewing to understand the client’s business process and communicate with a variety of personnel. In a diagnostic interview, dialogue or conversation occurs rather than a question-and-answer session; questioning techniques are applied that encourage the interviewee to elaborate on information points, allowing analysis beneath the surface.

Compensation Committee Charter

This document contains three samples that provide guidelines for creating an organization's compensation committee charter. Sample tasks of the compensation committee include reviewing and evaluating its performance, reviewing and reassessing the adequacy of this charter, making regular reports to the board, forming and delegating authority to subcommittees when appropriate.

Purchase-to-Payment Audit Report

IT Asset Management Capability Maturity Model (CMM)
