This policy outlines a set of procedures for code of business conduct and ethical guidelines. The purpose of these guidelines is to assist employees in understanding the values and beliefs that a company shares and stands for as an organization. Although, it offers many guidelines, it cannot make decisions for employees and it is not all-inclusive of every ethical dilemma that could arise. Employees are encouraged to seek guidance from a supervisor, human resources or the legal department if they have questions.
