This sample policy is designed to help organizations prevent the violation of national and international anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and treaties.

According to this policy, all employees, agents of the company, joint-venture partners or anyone doing business in the company’s name are required to comply strictly with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), all other applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption treaties, and all national laws. Components of the anti-bribery compliance program are outlined in detail in this policy, including duties and responsibilities of the central compliance committee, due diligence procedures, internal monitoring and auditing procedures, etc.
