Are costs of ownership for all leased or purchased assets identified and tracked? Do service-level agreements with vendors exist? Are policies, procedures and standards defined, documented and used to manage the life cycle of assets in the environment? Is an IT architectural plan used to guide purchases of hardware and software assets for the environment based on business needs? Are the systems configurations maintained?
