Site Planning and Review Checklist

Sample tasks include: obtain evidence of remediation of ineffective controls, document any issues to be completed on the next site visit, plan follow-up site visits, distribute updated process documentation in electronic form, conduct closing meetings, promote change management processes to management, confirm all deficiencies with local process owners and local management, perform detailed tests listed on control testing templates, and gather spreadsheet information and controls.
