These guidelines are published to ensure that all employees clearly and consistently understand the company’s leased vehicle policy. At the discretion of local business unit management, additional restrictive elements may be implemented. Employees granted the use of company-leased vehicles will ensure that the vehicle is kept in good condition per the terms of the lease.
