The purpose of this policy is to provide guidelines for travel and entertainment expenses and the procedures for reimbursement.

According to this sample, all reservations required for business travel and entertainment are made via the company’s approved travel website or on-site travel agency. The travel coordinator or on-site travel agency will make arrangements for the trip as required. It will return a travel itinerary and any tickets or reservation forms to the team member. Departmental approval is required for all online arrangements as well. Employees benefit because they do not have to spend their time comparing rates when making their arrangements.
